An olive grove and a mill
An olive grove with nearly 10,000 trees of several Tuscan varieties, including a forgotten one.
A Sardinian olive oil
Among the sughero (cork oaks) and olivastre (wild olive trees), we have planted an olive grove with approximately 10,000 trees of several Tuscan varieties, including a forgotten one.
The combination of these varieties and the Sardinian soil produces a very unique oil. Subtly spicy, with a slight taste of artichoke and wild berries, enriched with notes of freshly cut green herbs.
ILANGA NATURE wanted to challenge tradition by planting these foreign varieties in Sardinia, far from their native lands.
