An olive grove and a mill

An olive grove with almost 10,000 trees of several Tuscan varieties, including a forgotten one.

A Sardinian olive oil

Among the sughero (cork oaks) and olivaster (wild olive trees), we have planted an olive grove with about 10,000 plants of several Tuscan varieties, including one forgotten.

The combination of these varieties and the Sardinian soil produces a very special oil. Subtly spicy, with a light taste of artichoke and wild berries enriched with notes of freshly cut green herbs.

ILANGA NATURE wanted to shake up traditions by planting these foreign varieties in Sardinia, far from their native lands.
