ILANGA NATURE SA is free to choose any individual or entity to process Users' personal data on its behalf and at its request (hereinafter referred to as the 'Processor'). If applicable, ILANGA NATURE SA commits to selecting a Processor that provides sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.
1. Processing of Personal Data
Use of the Site by Users may involve the communication of personal data. The processing of this data by ILANGA NATURE, in its capacity as Data Controller, or by service providers acting on behalf and for the account of ILANGA NATURE SA, will be in compliance with the Law and the Regulation.
Personal data will be processed by ILANGA NATURE SA, in accordance with the purposes outlined below, through:
An automated procedure;
The newsletter subscription form;
The use of cookies;
The sending of surveys or questionnaires.
2. Purpose of the processing of personal data
According to Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of the processing of personal data are communicated to the User and are as follows:
1. To ensure the execution of the services offered and agreed upon on the Site;
2. To ensure the monitoring of the execution of the services offered;
3. To carry out marketing and promotional information activities after obtaining the prior consent of the User and until such consent is revoked, such as sending promotions on products from the Data Controller;

3. General Information

6. Recipients of the data and disclosure to third parties
Personal data may be transmitted to employees, collaborators, and subcontractors who provide adequate data security guarantees and who work with ILANGA NATURE SA in the provision of services. They act under the direct authority of ILANGA NATURE SA and are responsible for collecting, processing, or subcontracting these data.

8. Users' Rights

1. Right of Access
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation, ILANGA NATURE SA guarantees the User's right of access to their personal data. The User has the right to obtain access to such personal data, as well as the following information:
- the purposes of the processing;
- the categories of personal data concerned;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients established in third countries or international organizations;
- where possible, the envisaged retention period for the personal data, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
- the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Regulation, and, at least in such cases, useful information about the underlying logic, as well as the significance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the data subject.
The Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copy requested by the User.
When the User makes this request electronically (for example, via email), the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format, unless the User requests otherwise.
The copy of the data will be provided to the User no later than one month after the receipt of the request.
2. Right to rectification
ILANGA NATURE SA guarantees the right to rectification and erasure of personal data to the user.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate, or irrelevant data can be corrected or deleted at any time. The User is first responsible for making the necessary changes from their user account/other, unless these changes cannot be made independently, in which case the request can be made to ILANGA NATURE SA.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any rectification of personal data, unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients if requested.
3. Right to erasure
The User has the right to obtain the erasure of their personal data without undue delay in the circumstances listed in Article 17 of the Regulation.
When the Data Controller has made personal data public and is required to erase it under the previous paragraph, the Data Controller, taking into account available technologies and implementation costs, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform other data controllers who process this personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure of any link to, or copy or reproduction of, such personal data by those data controllers.
The two previous paragraphs do not apply insofar as the processing is necessary for:
- the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing under Union law or the law of the Member State to which the data controller is subject, or to carry out a task of public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller;
- for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any erasure of personal data or any limitation of processing carried out, unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients if requested.
4. Right to restriction of processing
The User has the right to obtain the restriction of processing of their personal data in the circumstances listed in Article 18 of the Regulation.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any restriction of processing, unless such communication proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients if requested.
5. Right to data portability
In accordance with Article 20 of the Regulation, Users have the right to receive their personal data from ILANGA NATURE SA in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without hindrance from ILANGA NATURE SA in the cases provided for by the Regulation.
When the User exercises their right to data portability under the previous paragraph, they have the right to request that the personal data be transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically feasible.
The exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure. This right does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.
The right to data portability shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties.
6. Right to object and automated individual decision-making
The User has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data on grounds relating to their particular situation, including data automation carried out by ILANGA NATURE SA. In accordance with Article 21 of the Regulation, ILANGA NATURE SA shall no longer process the personal data unless there are legitimate and compelling grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the User, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for such marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such marketing.
When the data subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
