The delivery times indicated above are valid for orders placed before 12pm.​

• The delivery period will be appropriately extended in the event of force majeure preventing delivery: strike, lock-out, intervention by the authorities, shortage of raw materials or energy, transport difficulties for which we are not responsible, operational impediments for which we are not responsible. We will inform you immediately of the beginning and end of any such impediments. If the hindrance resulting from the aforementioned circumstances persists for more than 4 weeks beyond the originally valid delivery date, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. No further claims, in particular for damages, exist.
  
  
• The risk of loss and deterioration of the goods sold is transferred at the time of delivery to the consumer or, in the case of mail-order sales, to a recipient designated by the consumer. This applies irrespective of whether or not the shipment is covered by insurance. In all other cases, the risk of loss and deterioration of the goods is transferred to the purchaser at the time the goods are handed over or, in the case of mail-order sales, at the time the goods are deposited with the freight forwarder or the person or company responsible for carrying out the shipment.
  
  
• Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

1. For all purchases on www.ilanga-nature.com, you will receive an optional right of return valid for a total of 15 days. In accordance with this, you can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 15 days of receipt (the period begins on the day following receipt of the goods). Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The conditions for exercising the right of return are, however, that you have not unpacked the goods, as would be possible in a real store, and that you return the goods complete and undamaged. In addition, please return the goods in their original packaging.

2. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of a gift voucher.

3. If your return shipment is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the postage costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
