Our honey factories, located in Antananarivo, Manakara and Fort-Dauphin, allow us to control the production in order to obtain a honey of impeccable quality.

Our three honey factories in Madagascar, located in Fort-Dauphin, Antananarivo and Manakara, ensure rigorous quality control and traceability of the honey produced. The tropical conditions of Madagascar can lead to high humidity in the honey. Our honey factories have therefore set up a dehumidification process to bring the humidity level down to between 16 and 18%, in order to avoid fermentation and to ensure the stability of the honey.


In addition to dehumidification, our honey factories also carry out filtration and maturation to improve the quality of the honey. The final packaging is also carefully controlled to guarantee the freshness and purity of the product.


Our honey factories are approved by the Ministry of Livestock and are also controlled by Ecocert for organic honeys, thus guaranteeing the quality and naturalness of the final product.
