Our three honey houses in Madagascar, located in Fort-Dauphin, Antananarivo, and Manakara, ensure strict control over the quality and traceability of the honey produced. The tropical conditions of Madagascar can lead to high humidity in the honey. Therefore, our honey houses have implemented a dehumidification process to bring the moisture content between 16% and 18%, in order to prevent fermentation and ensure the stability of the honey.
In addition to dehumidification, our honey houses also perform filtration and maturation to enhance the quality of the honey. The final packaging is also carefully monitored to ensure the freshness and purity of the product.
Our honey houses are approved by the Ministry of Livestock and are also certified by Ecocert for organic honey, ensuring the quality and naturalness of the final product.
