  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons ​ honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Sesame seeds or fresh herbs for garnish
