Sea Salt Flower forms naturally on the surface of salt marshes, as soon as the wind has finished driving away the seawater that has carried the crystals onto the edges.
Once carefully collected, the crystals are drained before being dried in the sun.
In its dazzling white color, it stands out from cooking salt, which subtly tends towards grey.
