The Sidr tree or wild jujube tree
This isolated tree, known for centuries for its immense healing properties. The jujube honey has the advantage of accelerating the healing process of various diseases. The inhabitants of the hive travel vast distances to extract this nectar from jujube trees. A nectar so powerful that many of these bees can only make an average of 10 trips in their lifetime. Nicknamed Sidr Maliky or royal jujube, this honey comes from thorny shrubs whose fruit is the jujube. The latter has a reddish appearance.
