The bees travel vast distances to gather this precious nectar from the jujube trees. The nectar is so potent that many bees can only make an average of ten trips in their lifetime. Nicknamed Sidr Maliky or “royal jujube,” this honey is derived from thorny shrubs that bear reddish fruits known as jujubes.
