Easy Recipe: Honey Pancakes

  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil
  • butter

How to prepare your pancake batter ?

  • Step 01: Start by placing the flour in a bowl. Choose a large enough bowl to facilitate mixing.
  • Step 02: Add the eggs. Mix with the flour.
  • Step 03: Pour about 30 cl of your milk into the container to thin it out.
  • Step 04: Whisk vigorously and pour in the rest of the milk gradually until you have a good, smooth paste.

Cooking your pancakes with honey

  • Step 01 : Put a knob of butter on your dry frying pan or crepe pan when it is ready to be cooked.
  • Step 02 : Pour the right amount of batter. An advice, pour little by little not to make too thick honey pancakes.

Tips for successful pancakes

The recommended cooking time if you use a frying pan is 1 minute 30 for one side and 1 minute 30 for the other. Be careful, but keep a close eye on this because it will depend on the temperature of your pan.
Once the pancakes are cooked, the little ones can help you spread honey on each pancake before rolling it up. Honey pancakes are best eaten hot.
