★★★★★
Very satisfied with my order from Ilanga Nature! I bought vanilla pods and vanilla pearls for making ice cream and pastry creams — the quality is truly outstanding: plump pods with an intense and authentic scent. I also tried their lychee, passion fruit, and mango jams: a real delight. I also appreciate the brand's eco-responsible approach. Fast delivery and well packaged. I recommend without hesitation!

Our Partners

Our terroirs

Every product bears the imprint of its land of origin.

Three lands, three areas of expertise. We source each ingredient where it thrives best, from producers we know personally.

01 — Indian Ocean

Madagascar

Honey · Vanilla · Spices

The motherland of Ilanga Nature. Our Bourbon vanillas, wild flower honeys and spices are harvested by a cooperative of small producers, using methods passed down from generation to generation.

02 — Mediterranean

Sardinia

Olive Oil

On the sun-drenched heights of the Italian island, sometimes centuries-old olive trees yield an extra virgin olive oil with a bold character, cold-pressed in the days following the harvest.

03 — Indian Ocean

Mauritius

Cane Sugar

Nurtured by the trade winds, Mauritian sugarcane slowly ripens in a tropical climate. It yields an unrefined sugar with round notes of caramel and molasses.

Certifications

What we claim, an independent organization verifies.

Organic Farming

A selection of our ranges is certified organic, audited annually from harvest to jarring. Look for the label on the relevant product pages.

Ecocert logo

Ecocert

Ecocert audits our supply chains and partner producers every year, ensuring compliance with our organic and fair trade commitments.

Not all our ranges are certified organic — the label appears on each relevant product page.

nathan, olivier and naya laurent of ilanga nature

A family story

Ilanga Nature was born from the vision of a travel and discovery enthusiast who, after traveling the world, chose to settle in Madagascar. There, he discovered a new vocation: to reveal the richness of sustainable agriculture that respects both people and the land.

Today, his children Nathan and Naya passionately carry on the torch. Their ambition: to introduce the treasures of their homeland to the world, while enhancing the environmental and humanitarian impact of each action.

Over time, Ilanga Nature has opened its horizons to other exceptional lands: Sardinia. From this island arise unique flavors, the olive oils, which enrich our collection.

We are much more than a brand: acooperative of committed small producers, preserving ancestral know-how to offer an exceptional artisanal range, a symbol of authenticity, sharing, and refinement.
