It finds its place in many recipes of natural remedies. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. In recent years, it is even said that turmeric would be an anticancer spice.

The famous turmeric, an intense orange-yellow spice, is obtained from the rhizomes after boiling, drying and powdering. It is often confused with curry in its powdered version. It is used in soups and tagines for color and flavor.
Pharmacologists have conducted 120 clinical trials in addition to several other in vitro studies to determine the true powers of this miracle spice. Today, turmeric can be found in all forms: capsules, essential oil, etc. It is also a powerful anti-inflammatory associated with black pepper.
